Delivery policy:-

  1. We provide delivery of your favorite products all over Bangladesh. The delivery is done by e-commerce courier agencies such as (Pathao, Red X, Steadfast, ETC.) Items are dispatched from Dhaka and will arrive within 2-4 days after dispatching.
  2. Once dispatched, the assigned courier agency will hold responsibility for the delivery. We will cooperate with you if there is any issue regarding the delivery.
  3. Customer must check the product in front of the delivery person and make the payment after being fully assured. Any complain regarding the product will not be considered after the delivery man leaves.
  4. We don’t have replacement or refund option after delivery man leaves your doorstep.
