Return and Replacement:
In case of a Misplaced & defected product:
- If wrong product or defected product is found it can be returned immediately to the delivery man. (No delivery charge required)
- Check the item in front of delivery man or shoot an unboxing video to claim (Must)
- Please do not break the seal of your received Product & keep the delivery packaging & invoice
In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
- If you cancel the order after it’s shipped at courier or at your doorstep, delivery + return charge needs to be paid.
- Changes of mind not applicable once you take the delivery and delivery man leave your location.
- In terms of imported products, quality of the Product depends on Brand (Manufactures), you cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality.
